Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I am experiencing a similar situation with "Mike" & Carrie at Directcotton.com.
He promises me delivery dates, tracking numbers, return calls, etc and then fails to follow through. It's uncanny how similar my experience is to yours.
Did you ever resolve your situation? Can you offer me any advice when it comes to Paypal, the BBB, or the Attorney General?

I finally received the 200 hoodies I ordered. I got them 9/17/08. It took time, persistence, and followup but in all honesty, they look better than I thought they would. High quality product. I wish the process of obtaining them could have been smoother.
