bfwhite*fast My child used my card to order a FREE SAMPLE of their product and paid me the small shipping fee from her allowance. Now they have sent additional product and taken money from my account leaving me with a negative balance. When I contacted customer service they said no refund is possible EVEN with a return of the un-opened package, beacause it has been 32 days. The ironic part is that the shipment hasn't even arrived yet, so they clearly waited until right before the 30 day mark to ship the products. It's too late for me to get a refund, but I haven't even received the package!!! This is a scam! I am a student with VERY little money and now I am at a negative balance for the rest of the month. Blu Flame E-Cigs Ordered a FREE TRIAL of starter pack for no flame E-cigs. There were no terms and conditions. Just the free trial for $4.95. A week later they took out $99.06. I called they said it was n terms and conditions I went back re read and no there is not. I am very careful about that. My account was overdrawn and I had to cancel my debit card. After multipe arguments on the phone they said to return the product and I would get a refund. Have not seen it yet so I filed a claim with my bank. They need to be put out of business or in my opinion in jail for using the fact that you are desperate to quit smoking to steal from people. Miami Beach Florida Author:
