I recently tried to get another one and I was contacted by a company that calls themselves The State Investigation Department. They call me all day long. They say that I owe $1250.00 on a pay day loan and I told them that I payed over $1500 on that loan. They told me that they do not have any records of me paying any money on the loan. I contacted the bank that was associated with the loan because we all know that you HAVE to have a bank account to get a loan. The second wind mitigation says our roof tie-downs are not correct. They are up to standards. They raised our premium 100%. This fraud needs to be stopped immediately. This is affecting lots of people who can not afford a 100% hike in their premiums. No wonder people are loosing their homes. Someone needs to step in a stop the fraud that Citizen's Insurance is getting away with all over the state!
