Many of the areas are not choice neighborhoods. However, they will imply that they have properties in desirable neighborhoods; that they don't; to encourage to become a member of their website. Once you become a member, none of areas of interest to most are not avaible and you end paying 199.00 for list mostly undesirable foreclosed properties. I don't have to give any company my bank account information. It is my choice how I pay my membership fee. My bank sends the payment to them and that is the way it is going to be.
