Freecreditreport.com Their website is very misleading. It leads you to get the $32.95 report for all 3 bureas without any confirmation. There's no order confirmation/submit page. There's just a link that says something like, click here to view report. When i called for a refund, they only offered a partial after I gave them a piece of my mind. I filed a complaint with the BB as well and with my Bank. They are not what they seem no matter what people say. You don't design a webpage like that to trick people into ordering the more expansive option. You make things clear and simple. Any repuable site does it this way. Multiple confirmations, so you know what you are being charged for with a detailed list of the options/products order and a chance to edit such order before confirming.
