Countrywide Mortgage sent letter stating tha if I wanted to keep the 10th of the month as my payment date I would have to pay $35.00 extra per month. So the payment date was changed to the 6th. Upon refinancing to another company on April 1st, I placed a stop-payment on the Mortage abut Countrywide changed the name to One Payment Mortgage which was deducted from the account and it got paid to them, I feel Carlsbad California Author:
