GM Cadillac GM Cadillac I spoke to GM in the States and they said that to receive a Recall Clearance letter i had to contact this decision in Canada called Vintage Vehicle Services Inc. when i requested the recall clearance letter they asked me for $270 fee, for a document that should be free, since that is required to as support of your vehicle documentation. I then complain with GM and after a month they did call me to say that they can't do anything about it because is a third party company. So if you ever purchase a GM vehicle be aware that they will have an awful customer service and once they get your money they don't care about their clients anymore. I paid over $70,000 for my truck and they now want to charge $270 for a piece of paper that says nothing on. they should be ashamed! T MOBILE I ordered the new simcard and on the phone with the representative that day, he said the simcard will be free for me since I've been with Tmobile for more than 7 years. I was so happy but he said he needed my creditcard number and I will be charged for $1 just for security and the money will be returned to me the next day. He also gave me confirmation number of my services. Then couple days later, I found out that I was charged for $10.83 for the simcard. I called the customer care and they transferred me around and around for more than 30 min and finally hung up without an answer. I went online and chat with the representative via Tmobile chat, got no answer, they said he didn't put a note on my order so there's nothing they can do. Go to hell Tmobile customer services. It's only $10, but I felt like I was cheated since I was promised to get it for free. I might need to change my service. Terrible customer services. I've been with them for all those years. LSL *Raspberry Ketone Thinking I was ordering a free trial I got ripped off for $87.63. I thought I was only paying the shipping for 4.95. I called after I got my visa bill and was told that they would continue to bill me and continue to ship this worthless product, that does not work by the way. I told the customer service guy that it was very misleading, he told me he could give me half of my money back and I could keep the bottle. The bottle was suppose to have 60 pills in it, after 14 days the bottle was empty, so it only had 28 pills. They not only ripped off my money, but also ripped off more than half of the product. I in return called my Visa and they said they would take it off of my bill and fill a report of their own. This is a SCAM company.
