I spoke to Daniel he said to return it and the would refund my money. I ordered the battery it said was the one I needed. A few days later, I received e-mail saying my mailing address was incomplete. Took a week to get that corrected. Battery I recieved was wrong one. I immediately went online to find out how to send it back because there was a 10 day money back guarantee. support 9 wanted to know what device I had, giving me no return info. Took several e-mails to convince support 9 that it did not matter what device I had, the battery did not fit, and I needed to return it. 10 days pass. original cost was $11.98. They now wanted to refund me $4.36 if and only if I could prove I mailed it to them before 14 days was up. Subtract my shipping costs from $4.36, too. I did new search, same # from battery. all sites had correct battery except cellphoneshop.com or .net, whatever it is. Will never shop there again. Glad it only cost me $12. I had no idea that I had to return it within 30 days. I didn't even ask for the tapes. Plus the four I did get were truly terrible. They refused to take the tapes back, even though they were unopened. Don't use this company. I went back and looked at the original website, and even once I knew what they were doing, it was still unclear that they were going to send me more tapes after the first four. My chairs are falling apart and they state that it is not under warranty. Three or more persons are required for a class action law suit. I ordered on a Saturday then it took 5 days to receive, so there is 7 days already out of the 14 days. When you call to cancel they want to give you another 30 day trail but within this time they mail out more filters every 14 days when the cartidges are suppose to be like 2 cartons of cigarettes. He tore the entire shower down and it took him 2 months. Mistake one- his brother a worker of his came in home to something to the faucets and I went out of town for the weekend and when I came home my shower was running on full blast for four whole days and my bill was over 500.00. Mistake two- the brother who was the worker went and found my jewels and stole 10K worth of diamonds and gold from my bedroom. The police said they found some of it at a pawn shop but the pawn shop said it was sold. So got nothing back but thankful he did not hurt my family. I contacted Ronald Carter to ask him to have his insurance cover the replacement caosts and he would not return any of my calls. Fourth - found out the man was a felon on the run. I felt so violated. I still have nightmares. He was in my bedroom with my jewlery and most of all he was in the home with my 8 month old baby and disable mom who was the babysitter while I worked. I was robbed while they were in the home and all I can think is he could have killed my family. Needless to say he has never returned my calls and my bathroom has mold at this time and its been a year since repairs were done. I have filed complaints but nothing has been done or no one has contacted me back yet.
