I purchased a dining room set less than 90 days ago. I was reassured that the structural integrity of their furniture is guaranteed. My chairs are falling apart and they state that it is not under warranty. Three or more persons are required for a class action law suit. If everyone bands together, they can be sued to the point of going out of business. I ordered on a Saturday then it took 5 days to receive, so there is 7 days already out of the 14 days. When you call to cancel they want to give you another 30 day trail but within this time they mail out more filters every 14 days when the cartidges are suppose to be like 2 cartons of cigarettes. He tore the entire shower down and it took him 2 months. Mistake one- his brother a worker of his came in home to something to the faucets and I went out of town for the weekend and when I came home my shower was running on full blast for four whole days and my bill was over 500.00. Mistake two- the brother who was the worker went and found my jewels and stole 10K worth of diamonds and gold from my bedroom. The police said they found some of it at a pawn shop but the pawn shop said it was sold. So got nothing back but thankful he did not hurt my family. I contacted Ronald Carter to ask him to have his insurance cover the replacement caosts and he would not return any of my calls. Fourth - found out the man was a felon on the run. I felt so violated. I still have nightmares. He was in my bedroom with my jewlery and most of all he was in the home with my 8 month old baby and disable mom who was the babysitter while I worked. I was robbed while they were in the home and all I can think is he could have killed my family. Needless to say he has never returned my calls and my bathroom has mold at this time and its been a year since repairs were done. I have filed complaints but nothing has been done or no one has contacted me back yet. He was promised $1800 a month if he did 60 demos a month, which the company would provide contacts of people expecting demos. And was promised big bonuses for selling each vacuum cleaner. A ticket that was supposed to be 178 became 340 as a result of the website directing me to the wrong department and they in turn directed me to more wrong departments then I was informed the prices change deal with it. Upon my return I had to buy an additional bag necause it was 55lbs. At a transfer the handler took the smaller bag but left the larger, after he broke it, unattended which I moved myself. At the end of the trip they had lost the smaller bag which contained roughly 400 of items including the bag and true to the lack of accountability and their apparent disdain for customers it took 3 days and 11 phone numbers to file a claim. I make 20 an hr and in the three weeks of this debauchle I've spent 9 hrs calling and holding. What should have been 178 has resulted in 340 for a ticket 10 for an additional bag 180 in lost time 400 in lost items damage to a 200 dollar suitcase 13 different phone numbers for them 2 complaints and still no resolution. In the shipping information, it indicates that if a wig has to be made, it could take up to 20 days, even with that time the item should have been on its way already. When I emailed a few weeks ago, I received no response to my inquiries. I did receive an email from DHL (indicated on their site as a delivery source). The email had no valid tracking information and when it gave me a link to open, to check the status of the delivery, it was a virus. I was lucky that my virus protection caught it and protected my computer, but that made me extremely suspicious to the site now. I have emailed them again, but I doubt I will hear anything.
