What I got was bits and pieces of tag info IF ANY at all. I talked to tech support TWICE they stated they would give me a refund. I asked for a confirmation e-mail BOTH times and NEVER got one. OR the REFUND. The contact info provided is for residents of CANADA and the USA. Now I try to get through and all I can do is leave an EMAIL. This company is THICK AS A BRICK. Aussies will know what that means. DONT DEAL WITH HSC unless you want to get stumped busted. My son went to them to try to buy a car. He knew going in it would be difficult to get financing: he's 19, has no credit, has only been on his current job 2 months. He had a trade-in and a small amount of cash for down payment. They put together a deal on a new car fully loaded, supposedly was getting him 8.9% financing. I was very skeptical that any lender would take this deal but he insisted that it would go through, and my son drove off with the car. All through the weekend they called and texted my son telling him various lenders declined the deal but the next bank would do it. He told my son to falsify his pay stub to show he had been on the job for 8 months so it would go through. FInally after a week, Nic called and admitted the deal wasnt going to work and told my son to bring the car back. 	6, Report #1051721 May 17 2013 12:42 PM	Greyhound Bus Line I recently was subject to the rude incompetant people and inefficient as well as unmanageable structure of greyhound bus lines. A ticket that was supposed to be 178 became 340 as a result of the website directing me to the wrong department and they in turn directed me to more wrong departments then I was informed the prices change deal with it. Upon my return I had to buy an additional bag necause it was 55lbs. At a transfer the handler took the smaller bag but left the larger, after he broke it, unattended which I moved myself. At the end of the trip they had lost the smaller bag which contained roughly 400 of items including the bag and true to the lack of accountability and their apparent disdain for customers it took 3 days and 11 phone numbers to file a claim. I make 20 an hr and in the three weeks of this debauchle I've spent 9 hrs calling and holding. What should have been 178 has resulted in 340 for a ticket 10 for an additional bag 180 in lost time 400 in lost items damage to a 200 dollar suitcase 13 different phone numbers for them 2 complaints and still no resolution. 	7, Report #1051443 May 16 2013 01:45 PM	Jorge Murillo, Maingate Resorts , Luxo Resorts, Cristina Montes Luxo Resorts offer a special travel deal with 3 destinations, Miami, a cruise to Bahamas and Orlando with two tickets to Universal, worth $299 + about another $290 in taxes. This was confirmed via email from Jorge Murillo. Once you are hooked, then they tell you that it doesn't include trasportation between destinations and that you have to pay taxes for an amount of $1,583 US. The account manager Cristina Montes called and said that those were the fees and that it was all in the contract. Big surprise, I never received a contract. Also, the contact emails provided start to bounce back. After calling Jorge Murillo several times it got to the point where they don't answer your call, so I called from my cel phone and they immediately answered. They got me for about $650 US. Once I was told I had to pay all those taxes I said forget it. Don't fall for this ripoff scam from Luxo Resorts and Maingate Resorts. She told lies about each mother in the band to try to keep us from talking between ourselves and figuring her out. She yells at people to try to intimidate them. She has her two daughters in the band who cannot sing and continues to kick people out of the band for no apparent reason.
