Not everything fit on the truck. We were repeatedly told the rest would follow soon on a second truck. When we arrived we were told our cost for everything did not include unpacking. That cost us $1,278 extra. Other unexpected additional fees brought the total paid to $23,180.56. Over the past two months we have called repeatedly every few days looking for the rest of our belongings. GOC sent a 40' container when I needed a 20' (extra costs). GOC wouldn't pay shipping line or agent in UK. Container incurred demurrage charges of $1,100.00.
