Select Portfolio Servicing, Fairbanks Capital we have hit foreclosure once before and we are near that again. We have our own homeowners insurance, and charge us extra for their insurance. They charge us late fees and return check fees, we pay western union. They have recently send out a demand letter in the amount of 2,318.08 please help before i sign agreement to repay.
