Now they have sent additional product and taken money from my account leaving me with a negative balance. When I contacted customer service they said no refund is possible EVEN with a return of the un-opened package, beacause it has been 32 days. The ironic part is that the shipment hasn't even arrived yet, so they clearly waited until right before the 30 day mark to ship the products. It's too late for me to get a refund, but I haven't even received the package!!! This is a scam! I am a student with VERY little money and now I am at a negative balance for the rest of the month. 	12, Report #1053614 May 24 2013 12:02 PM	GM Cadillac GM Cadillac I spoke to GM in the States and they said that to receive a Recall Clearance letter i had to contact this decision in Canada called Vintage Vehicle Services Inc. when i requested the recall clearance letter they asked me for $270 fee, for a document that should be free, since that is required to as support of your vehicle documentation. I then complain with GM and after a month they did call me to say that they can't do anything about it because is a third party company. So if you ever purchase a GM vehicle be aware that they will have an awful customer service and once they get your money they don't care about their clients anymore. I paid over $70,000 for my truck and they now want to charge $270 for a piece of paper that says nothing on. they should be ashamed! I was so happy but he said he needed my creditcard number and I will be charged for $1 just for security and the money will be returned to me the next day. He also gave me confirmation number of my services. Then couple days later, I found out that I was charged for $10.83 for the simcard. I called the customer care and they transferred me around and around for more than 30 min and finally hung up without an answer. I went online and chat with the representative via Tmobile chat, got no answer, they said he didn't put a note on my order so there's nothing they can do. Go to hell Tmobile customer services. It's only $10, but I felt like I was cheated since I was promised to get it for free. I might need to change my service. Terrible customer services. I've been with them for all those years. I called after I got my visa bill and was told that they would continue to bill me and continue to ship this worthless product, that does not work by the way. I told the customer service guy that it was very misleading, he told me he could give me half of my money back and I could keep the bottle. The bottle was suppose to have 60 pills in it, after 14 days the bottle was empty, so it only had 28 pills. They not only ripped off my money, but also ripped off more than half of the product. I in return called my Visa and they said they would take it off of my bill and fill a report of their own. This is a SCAM company. I LOVE my VISA company, they really seem to care. In the letter it said for me to send that paper back to them and not to send any money because it's free for joining. Sending the paper back was letting them know you wanted to be a member and then thay would send your free gift's. It has been two month's since I sent the letter back to the company and still have not got anything back from them. I feel as though this is wrong for them to lie to people. I'm sure I'm not the only person in this world who don't like getting junk mail and and that was junk mail as well as a waste of tax payers money cause it does cost us for the post office workers.
