	1, Report #1050953 May 14 2013 04:49 PM	T MOBILE I ordered the new simcard and on the phone with the representative that day, he said the simcard will be free for me since I've been with Tmobile for more than 7 years. I was so happy but he said he needed my creditcard number and I will be charged for $1 just for security and the money will be returned to me the next day. He also gave me confirmation number of my services. Then couple days later, I found out that I was charged for $10.83 for the simcard. I called the customer care and they transferred me around and around for more than 30 min and finally hung up without an answer. I went online and chat with the representative via Tmobile chat, got no answer, they said he didn't put a note on my order so there's nothing they can do. Go to hell Tmobile customer services. It's only $10, but I felt like I was cheated since I was promised to get it for free. I might need to change my service. Terrible customer services. I've been with them for all those years. I tried to click on the terms and conditions on their website and it won't even open therefore I don't believe there are any terms and conditions. On the order page it states Cancel your 14-day trial at anytime by calling 1-800-387-1146 during regular business hours. I called and after being stuck on hold for a very long time they told me that I can't cancel it or return the item because supposedly some where it states that it is HAS to be within the first 14 days from the time you PLACE your order not from the time you receive your order. I now believe what other people have said about this company being a scam. Not to mention a few days after I ordered this free trial I got a call from someone that said they are with NaturalGreenCleanse and tried to get me to give them my credit card number. DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER!!! Thankfully I was suspicious and told them no and hung up. 	5, Report #1048439 May 04 2013 01:04 PM	National Home gardening club thay sent me a package envelope it contained a official member card with my name and member number.I read all of the paper work that came with my card in the paper work it said for me to fill out the info and send it back in and that i would get a free 100$ grocery store gift card a free set of small gardening tools that came in a small gardening bag a knee pad to use outside when gardening . In the letter it said for me to send that paper back to them and not to send any money because it's free for joining. Sending the paper back was letting them know you wanted to be a member and then thay would send your free gift's. It has been two month's since I sent the letter back to the company and still have not got anything back from them. I feel as though this is wrong for them to lie to people. I'm sure I'm not the only person in this world who don't like getting junk mail and and that was junk mail as well as a waste of tax payers money cause it does cost us for the post office workers.
