Litton Loan Company is a fraud - I did a modification - paid way to much, they are trying to forclose on my home saying I didn't make payments when I did -they took my morgtage payments and said they added it to additonal fees, lied about paid 1500 up front they never lowered my amount -added a hell of a lot of different fees and worded it say I have no way of knowing what it means Houston Texas Author:

Litton Loan LLC Servicing This Company has taken advantage of myself and my husband for a few years now. They Purposely held time sensitive material and then sent back payements in order to put us into forclousre on at least 3 times. Now they are doing it again with a loan remodification.
