Tusk Distributiing Derek Johnson Daniella Plummer Michael Kling hired my disabled son to sell Kirby vacuum cleaners. Didnt pay his wages and stole his guitar. My son answered a misleading Craigslist ad for a carpet cleaner. The interviewer went on to tell him the job was actually a product representitive demonstrating Kirby vacuum cleaners. He was promised $1800 a month if he did 60 demos a month, which the company would provide contacts of people expecting demos. And was promised big bonuses for selling each vacuum cleaner. He was also made to sign an independent contractor contract. My son received $200 in cash, mainly for gas, in 30 days of working 12 hour days 6 days a week. The company did not provide 60 contacts! These guys do not pay their bills. They try to hide by deleting their original website and then changing his company to West AZ Energy Exporation. Did all of this work for them in February 2012 and still have not gotten paid. Talked to all these diffetrent girls in their office and even him and he makes up all kinds of excuses. If you cant pay your bill then dont ask for the services. Next up is the Better Business Bureau and a class action lawsuit. Don't get suckered into doing consulting work for them like I did! He knew going in it would be difficult to get financing: he's 19, has no credit, has only been on his current job 2 months. He had a trade-in and a small amount of cash for down payment. They put together a deal on a new car fully loaded, supposedly was getting him 8.9% financing. I was very skeptical that any lender would take this deal but he insisted that it would go through, and my son drove off with the car. All through the weekend they called and texted my son telling him various lenders declined the deal but the next bank would do it. He told my son to falsify his pay stub to show he had been on the job for 8 months so it would go through.
