GM Cadillac GM Cadillac I spoke to GM in the States and they said that to receive a Recall Clearance letter i had to contact this decision in Canada called Vintage Vehicle Services Inc. when i requested the recall clearance letter they asked me for $270 fee, for a document that should be free, since that is required to as support of your vehicle documentation. I then complain with GM and after a month they did call me to say that they can't do anything about it because is a third party company. So if you ever purchase a GM vehicle be aware that they will have an awful customer service and once they get your money they don't care about their clients anymore. I paid over $70,000 for my truck and they now want to charge $270 for a piece of paper that says nothing on. they should be ashamed!
