Noble Title - Charles Clawson, Owner This title company has the highest fees in Las Vegas. You could fly to London, FIRST CLASS, for less. The owner was rude to the clients, would not leave the room when asked 3 times and in front of the buyer asked that the lender and myself reduce our commission in front of the client.
