	1, Report #1053495 May 24 2013 06:39 AM	Circle Concepts Deseved Me,And took Advanage of me, i have pictures of my burned feet and blisters on my toes etc,were i was deseved in to going in a car with too other managers and another girl, and guy who was driving they said this was our secound interview for a management position witch was suppose to be in the office we thought,only to find out we were taken to Galloway suburb to sell AT&T Products i was very upset and wanted to go back to get my car and go home and they refused to take me back until they got all there selling done in that area,i had no water and was tempted to call the police , but decided to just stay and see what there up to,so i did and was so sorry to see the reaction of some of the people they hassled for a sale ,and promised them all these tickets to a show downtown along with a good deal on there cable and internet ,until they get there first bill i was with them from 1pm until 930pm that night and could not walk to my car and demanded they take me to my car because i could not walk ,they did .but first wanted me to go to there office for the last interview and i refussed .Icannot belive how AT&T would consider sub contracting these kind of humame beings out to do there selling !its all lies to only find out not only you dont get paid but thats how they us people to prevent them from paying anybody to do there dirty work ,and by the way they would not pay for our lunch or even get us water,the gal who was with me just us to was also complaining and wanted to go home and they talked her in to staying i bet she is sorry now !!!!!!! , Columbus Ohio Author: Columbus, Ohio Air Travel: Circle Concepts Columbus, Ohio

	7, Report #1052548 May 21 2013 06:17 AM	Platinum Realty I was searching for an Apartment i found one on Craigs list, for 1500 hundred per month, very well kept Apartment renovated and all, Mr Bell called me and showed me the Apartment on April 27th, we agreed of me getting the top floor, on May 2nd i went to Mr Bell office and gave him the deposite for the Apartment he gave me a recipt for the deposit and told me by that monday or Tuesday he would contact me, he did not i have to keep calling and text and no response on may 6th he responded and say he would call me right back he never did, he then again sent me another text on may 10th that he will return my call shortly never did then either on may 13th he called and say he had a family Emergency he just got back and he will be taking care of my application he will call me right back have not heard from Mr Bell since then, I just think it is really unfair for people to be doing this to other people i am struggling just like other people out there and iwould really like for u guys to really stop this person from doing this to anyone else all i need is for him to give my money back. My son meet Steve Chapman as a retired police office and Jim Bullock even went to our place to get the $100,000.00 which we loaned into the bank. They promise that they will pay the inerest of the money and after 3 years the money will be double will be like $200,000 after 3 years. We are exchanging e-mails regarding the investment by year 2010. Finally found a way to alert everyone to this scammer. These guys do not pay their bills. They try to hide by deleting their original website and then changing his company to West AZ Energy Exporation. Did all of this work for them in February 2012 and still have not gotten paid. Talked to all these diffetrent girls in their office and even him and he makes up all kinds of excuses. If you cant pay your bill then dont ask for the services. Next up is the Better Business Bureau and a class action lawsuit. Don't get suckered into doing consulting work for them like I did! No man should have to wait over a year and still not get paid! They lyes. Ey do not...force white people to keep dogs on leashes. lye...I dont like dogs. I have been to there office and sat waiting while listening to them gossip about residents...I'm sure I have been done the same when I leave their office. very messy management people...the entire office are all slick ass lil fonies...smile in you face and have mess going 24-7. instead of making residents comfortable...this one year has been hell. they need to be ejected from that position. im sure the right person will sew the pants off for what is going on...moved me into a dirty apartment .mopped it with dirty water...black mold is all over the building and garages...yeah very poor management, but they have plenty of time to be messy. the court yard has been under construction for awhile ver a year and counting. people are paying for those views...they hooking people with b.s. the trash shoots are bacteria smelling. mold coming out of the pies/plumbing to each apartments. the a/c units are filthy...Never cleaned...the ventilation compartment is filthy...cans, tape dust and dander...up there.blowing badd are through your apartment and you keep paying out of your pocket trying to keep up with the cleaning...after work...wow...and no one passed her complain to...is why this is happening...manager the management is poor as management not being managed properly. I called the number on the advertising and got a Matt Peterson. he stated all the home needs cleaning and a lot of TLC. he is willing to drop the rent cost if i chose to clean it. he gave me the lock box code i got in and thought it was def worth the chance. i later called him and asked for the next process. he emailed a lease and bank information. he asked that i add.14 cents to every rent payment i make so that he can make sure my rent goes to that specific home. it stated they only accent cash, money order and cashiers check. no personal checks. i contiuned investigating the verabge and found out it was a scam. the address belobngs to a restaurant in vegas. he claims there not a large enough company to own a store front so they work out of corprate office in vegas ( which is really a restaurant) the name on the lease is differ thenthe name on his voice mail. total scam! I am very happy i investigated everything before signing or sending any money to this man. Arizona be careful! this and others similar are huge scam artist preying on renters. do not send no cash! no money order and no cashier check! if your renting a home ask questions and ask to see the title or find a realestate company who will run the home background!
