My son meet Steve Chapman as a retired police office and Jim Bullock even went to our place to get the $100,000.00 which we loaned into the bank. They promise that they will pay the inerest of the money and after 3 years the money will be double will be like $200,000 after 3 years. We are exchanging e-mails regarding the investment by year 2010. Year 2011 I started to e-mail Steve Chapman to withdraw my investment as my brother needs for his kidney desease, need to have kidney trasplant. I am begging to him to get my money and we are exchanging e-mails. I have all the e-mails on file, my last e-mail was May 2012 and I dont have any response and my e-mail is invalid and/or return back. Please help. Finally found a way to alert everyone to this scammer. These guys do not pay their bills. They try to hide by deleting their original website and then changing his company to West AZ Energy Exporation. Did all of this work for them in February 2012 and still have not gotten paid. Talked to all these diffetrent girls in their office and even him and he makes up all kinds of excuses. If you cant pay your bill then dont ask for the services. Next up is the Better Business Bureau and a class action lawsuit. Don't get suckered into doing consulting work for them like I did! No man should have to wait over a year and still not get paid! They lyes. Ey do not...force white people to keep dogs on leashes. lye...I dont like dogs. I have been to there office and sat waiting while listening to them gossip about residents...I'm sure I have been done the same when I leave their office. very messy management people...the entire office are all slick ass lil fonies...smile in you face and have mess going 24-7. instead of making residents comfortable...this one year has been hell. they need to be ejected from that position. im sure the right person will sew the pants off for what is going on...moved me into a dirty apartment .mopped it with dirty water...black mold is all over the building and garages...yeah very poor management, but they have plenty of time to be messy. the court yard has been under construction for awhile ver a year and counting. people are paying for those views...they hooking people with b.s. the trash shoots are bacteria smelling. mold coming out of the pies/plumbing to each apartments. the a/c units are filthy...Never cleaned...the ventilation compartment is filthy...cans, tape dust and dander...up there.blowing badd are through your apartment and you keep paying out of your pocket trying to keep up with the cleaning...after work...wow...and no one passed her complain to...is why this is happening...manager the management is poor as management not being managed properly. I called the number on the advertising and got a Matt Peterson. he stated all the home needs cleaning and a lot of TLC. he is willing to drop the rent cost if i chose to clean it. he gave me the lock box code i got in and thought it was def worth the chance. i later called him and asked for the next process. he emailed a lease and bank information. he asked that i add.14 cents to every rent payment i make so that he can make sure my rent goes to that specific home. it stated they only accent cash, money order and cashiers check. no personal checks. i contiuned investigating the verabge and found out it was a scam. the address belobngs to a restaurant in vegas. he claims there not a large enough company to own a store front so they work out of corprate office in vegas ( which is really a restaurant) the name on the lease is differ thenthe name on his voice mail. total scam! I am very happy i investigated everything before signing or sending any money to this man. Arizona be careful! this and others similar are huge scam artist preying on renters. do not send no cash! no money order and no cashier check! if your renting a home ask questions and ask to see the title or find a realestate company who will run the home background! Then Tom Chun started sending them, and the pay sounded good, since I am unemployed, plus nothing was coming out of my pocket, all I had to do was to look though a few boxes, and Jennifer would email me a new ups slip, with my address as the returning address & bring it to post office. In the letter it said for me to send that paper back to them and not to send any money because it's free for joining. Sending the paper back was letting them know you wanted to be a member and then thay would send your free gift's. It has been two month's since I sent the letter back to the company and still have not got anything back from them. I feel as though this is wrong for them to lie to people.
