	1, Report #1052629 May 21 2013 10:14 AM	Manny Autuna On May 18th I purchased two German Rottweiler puppies from a litter of 11. I took them to the vet on May 20th to (North Shore Animal Hospital) and it was discovered that both puppies had heart murmurs. Puppy one (Waller) will be ok, puppy two (Theo) has more of a problem and the vet only gave him a 50/50 chance of survival. The diagnosis is a grade 4/6 heart murmur. Both puppies were also diagnosed with worms. The condition’s that the puppies were living in we not the greatest. They were left outside in the elements with little shelter from the sun in a sandy back yard. There was a vat of water on the patio but no food visible. If the two that we purchased has this condition, it is more than likely that the entire litter has this problem. He his selling theses pups without heath certificates. We are keeping these puppies because we fear if we return them to him that he will do something that is inhumane. I would receive my money after sending them $20 for a handling fee. There is no phone number, other names, or email address listed anywhere on the paperwork. The paper said to send the $20 by check, money order, or cash, and return the entire letter with the letters KNM next to the name and address area. I knew it was a ripoff right away and went to the computer to look and see if anyone had been scammed before like this. The entire page was full of Web addresses about this scam.
