What I got was bits and pieces of tag info IF ANY at all. I talked to tech support TWICE they stated they would give me a refund. I asked for a confirmation e-mail BOTH times and NEVER got one. OR the REFUND. The contact info provided is for residents of CANADA and the USA. Now I try to get through and all I can do is leave an EMAIL. This company is THICK AS A BRICK. Aussies will know what that means. DONT DEAL WITH HSC unless you want to get stumped busted.
