Do not tell you that in order to get your money back you need to send notarized copies of who you are to them. They also don't tell you that it takes 8 weeks to get your money back until after they get your money. None of this information is available to you until after you have paid and by then its too late. I am at 10 weeks now and still have not recieved my money back. Krista tells me to try back in two more weeks but I keep getting the run around.
