Enclosed was a check for $3,925. It was supposed to be on deposit in a PNC bank in Gettsburg Penn. I went on the web a began investigating. Sure enough the bank was no longer there at 10 York St. I spoke to a person at the bank and was told it was a fraud and they were aware of it.
