	10, Report #1053621 May 24 2013 12:24 PM	Premier Parking Ventures Reserved a parking spot well in advance for a flight leaving BWI early in the AM. Got a text message within 12 hours of the flight departure stating the company had overbooked the lot. Please call to reschedule/get a refund. I called and told the amount would be refunded. A week and a half later I called and was notified the company only processes refunds on Wednesday. My refund would be processed the following week. Two weeks after this I have not received a refund. I called and the customer service reps say I have been credited but can only send me a copy of my original reservation receipt as a confirmation. I already have this! I ordered the battery it said was the one I needed. A few days later, I received e-mail saying my mailing address was incomplete. Took a week to get that corrected. Battery I recieved was wrong one. I immediately went online to find out how to send it back because there was a 10 day money back guarantee. support 9 wanted to know what device I had, giving me no return info. Took several e-mails to convince support 9 that it did not matter what device I had, the battery did not fit, and I needed to return it. 10 days pass. original cost was $11.98. They now wanted to refund me $4.36 if and only if I could prove I mailed it to them before 14 days was up. Subtract my shipping costs from $4.36, too. I did new search, same # from battery. all sites had correct battery except cellphoneshop.com or .net, whatever it is. Will never shop there again. Glad it only cost me $12. I had no idea that I had to return it within 30 days. I didn't even ask for the tapes. Plus the four I did get were truly terrible. They refused to take the tapes back, even though they were unopened. Don't use this company. I went back and looked at the original website, and even once I knew what they were doing, it was still unclear that they were going to send me more tapes after the first four. Finally found a way to alert everyone to this scammer. These guys do not pay their bills. They try to hide by deleting their original website and then changing his company to West AZ Energy Exporation. Did all of this work for them in February 2012 and still have not gotten paid. Talked to all these diffetrent girls in their office and even him and he makes up all kinds of excuses. If you cant pay your bill then dont ask for the services. Next up is the Better Business Bureau and a class action lawsuit. Don't get suckered into doing consulting work for them like I did! No man should have to wait over a year and still not get paid! The customer heard about the incident and gladly brought her original receipt to my manager to show proof of purchase. Even with proof that I did not give this $50 item away, nobody has offered an apology for their mistake, a transfer to another store or my job back. Associates working for Family Savings are not allowed to take any breaks or lunch breaks. I worked a 15 hr double shift with no breaks last Sunday. Something has to be done about this injustice. The store manager Kevin told me he would placing items in wrong place when I close at nite to set me up to fail. When I tried to get a transfer thats when I was set up. I have a wife who is terminally sic with chrones disease and is now homeless at the time. I am sure because of age discrimination and jealousy of my great customer service is that cost me my job. Not only was the reproduction quality poor, but some episodes stuck, lagged and even would not play. The website leads you to believe the product is legitimate. The internet ordering process is also very well done. This scam is obviously infringes on copyright laws, etc. which has been reported to bank and Paramount Pictures (via Facebook). There was, of course no reply to my emails or calls from this company. Very well done scam here, so please be forwarned of this company and product.
