I am at 10 weeks now and still have not recieved my money back. Krista tells me to try back in two more weeks but I keep getting the run around. After paying for the notary I will be lucky to see 100 bucks if they even pay. During this time their sales team kept calling to get me to upgrade. Within 5 days of getting my credit card they closed my account sighting complaints from folks I had been mailing to for several years. So I am fine with getting kicked out, and I asked for my refund for the reminding three weeks. They said no, because I had used the service for 5 days. They were given two warnings to refund me or I would tell others how they do business. The company is a three person company with no one in America so was told by their CEO they would not refund my 3 weeks.
