	24, Report #1053621 May 24 2013 12:24 PM	Premier Parking Ventures Reserved a parking spot well in advance for a flight leaving BWI early in the AM. Got a text message within 12 hours of the flight departure stating the company had overbooked the lot. Please call to reschedule/get a refund. I called and told the amount would be refunded. A week and a half later I called and was notified the company only processes refunds on Wednesday. My refund would be processed the following week. Two weeks after this I have not received a refund. I called and the customer service reps say I have been credited but can only send me a copy of my original reservation receipt as a confirmation. I already have this! 	25, Report #1053614 May 24 2013 12:02 PM	GM Cadillac GM Cadillac I spoke to GM in the States and they said that to receive a Recall Clearance letter i had to contact this decision in Canada called Vintage Vehicle Services Inc. when i requested the recall clearance letter they asked me for $270 fee, for a document that should be free, since that is required to as support of your vehicle documentation. I then complain with GM and after a month they did call me to say that they can't do anything about it because is a third party company. So if you ever purchase a GM vehicle be aware that they will have an awful customer service and once they get your money they don't care about their clients anymore. I paid over $70,000 for my truck and they now want to charge $270 for a piece of paper that says nothing on. they should be ashamed!
