Directv And Directv And Qwest BUNDLE OF SURPRISE!!! DENVER Colorado

I bought a Bundle package from Quest, which included Direct TV. My total estimated monthly bill was 89.00 for both. Direct TV, was installed on a monday August 11,2008. and Quest come and installed the telephone and modem for my computer , in the afternoon , of Aug. 11,2008.

The Quest repair technician left at 5;30 on Aug. 11,2008, without getting a signal for my computer or phone. He said, he couldn't find a strong signal, so he left.

I used my cell phone the whole week, trying to connect to Quest Internet, couldn't get a signal , so after , all the calls on my cell phone, and no connection in site. I canceled the whole bundle , on Aug.17,2008. I tried, calling Direct-TV, numerous times, all you get is new service please , or is the power out in your area.
I connected all my things back to Comcast, and had service instantly.

Now Direct TV wants me to pay $441.41 for early cancelation!! I had them 7 days. I been going round and round with them, I didn't get the bundle I ordered.

If that's how they operate, Then why don't they have Quest installed before, so they can see if they get signal's . I call this false advertisement.
they shouldn't offer people bundle's to save money , if they can't deliver the whole bundle. what a rip-off
