directv at&t my name is robin clifton and i have been with directv for about 3 years now and every month my bill is a different amount. i have contacted the doj but to no avail! so i am contacting you for justice against a unscrupulos deceitful underhanded company that goes by the name directv aka at&t!atlanta Georgia

 this company has been stealing from me for 3 years now and i am tired of it! i live on a fixed income and i have repeatedly told them to bill me on the second of each month. i'm told by one csr (customer service represenative) that won't be a problem then when i call for my account balance, i'm a month behind. this past april i had to pay out 147.00 because they insisted i was behind two months i had the proof that i wasn't but they threatened to cut my service of if i didn't comply. now i called this past june and was told my account had a credit of 42.80 that came from their own billing dept. and now when i received my 07/03/16 to 08/02/16 bill now the billing department wants that 42.80 back! now instead of my bill being 83.54 it has jumped up to $126.34! i will not pay this company back for a credit that was given to my account by their own billing department! please i need your help i have been trying to reason with this company but all they want to do is steal from their customers! 

i'm tired of being ripped off by directv! this past april i was overcharged by this company. the told me i was a month behind to the amount of 147.00 i had proof that i wasn't but directv threatened to cut off my services if i didn't comply with their demands. now fast forward to june 2016 i called for my account balance i was told that my account had a credit of $42.80 and i know that was due from my overpayment back in april. now when i received my bill for 07/03/16 to 08/02/16 i now owe directv $126.34! they now want that credit amount paid back to them! this is outrageous and i refuse to pay back a credit that was given to my account from their own billing department! please help me put a stop to directv and their threats of cutting their customers services off i we don't listen and follow their demands. someone out has to stop this company or a least put them on a leash! please help me and all the others out their who don't know if they will have their services on or off because directv has that power.
