DirecTV advertises $29.99 programming for up to 4 rooms. Customer service reps lied! El Segundo California

I called to have DirecTV installed in my three rooms. The customer service rep said if I signed up today that I could get programming for $29.99 for the first year. I agreed. The installer comes out and it takes him 4 hours to install it in 3 rooms, which line was already run previously from a DirecTV satellite dish. He scratches my hardwood floors and gets grass all over my house because he idn't take his dirty boots off.

I get my first bill and it is $40.00 which isn't waht I agreed to. I called customer service numerous times and they said there was nothing they can do. So I pretended to call and order installation again. I told the rep what the fisrst rep told me about getting 3 TVs connected for $29.99. He said sometimes the sales reps lie in order to get the sale! Unbelieveable! I've taken matters to the BBB. Hope to hear from the BBB soon! Trust me I think I was better off with Dish Network or Time Warner. I have had both in the past.
