Directv, Inc., Jennifer Id- X3136 , Bobby Vernon retracted credit, false charges El Segundo California

I received a 150 dollar credit to remain a customer with Directv, but it was later taken off of my account by another representative, when I got a bill in the mail I called and cancelled my account. I had been a customer for over a year and paid my bill every month on time. I feel that it is very unethical to give someone a credit and let them think that they dont have to pay any charges for a few months and then charge them for the credit you gave them a few months down the line.

My advice to any consumer is to not deal with Directv at all because they are incredibly unethical and if you are a current customer keep in mind that they will make changes to you account without notifying you promptly, take back credits that you are given without telling you and if you want to cancel you should just do it now matter what they promise you because they don't keep their word.
