Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

"We have escalated your problem to our Engineering Department, but cannot tell you when it will be corrected."
Multiple representatives and one supervisor provided this identical response to multiple requests for assistance with two unrelated problems over a period of months. Neither problem has been corrected as both problems continue to languish in the mythical engineering department where personnel must be grossly overworked.
If you hear the "We have escalated...." response, challenge the rep to the point of objecting to being misled.  Then share your experience on consumer sites like this one.
