First i like to start with how all the satellite companys have ways to get all they can from you. The reason i say this is that i just was on the internet and phone with Directv.

Now they will give you every thing in the world to get you to sign up with them they tell you that all the items you need for your satellite to work on each tv is free and that thier is no charge for any of the boxs that you have on your tv. then they offer you a package that you get with over a 150 channels with free HD plus then they take off $5.00 on the package for 12 months so then your bill would be lets say 24.99 a month sounds good but after you get your first bill you now have more charge on it like a lease fee for each box a charge for your HD and so on.

 Now the HD was to be free for life at no charge the boxs for each tv is to be free but they charge you for them when you call and ask about the charges that have been add to your bill they tell you that you have to pay that and that nothing is free i said that i have all of this in writhing that it is free. then he said that you did not meet what we look for in a custerms i ask what that was but he could not tell me. i then ask him again why is this being charge to me he still could not tell me i said to him that you told me that i did not meet what every your company is looking for he then came back and said that my credit was not good i told him this should of ben told to me before all of this he did not know why no one said this i then told him that i don't have any thing bad on my credit or report and that i have a very high score.

Now i like to know how all of the satellite company can do one thing and get away with it after they hook you i feel that we all have to stand up to them thier should be a law from them doing this i do know that i did tell him that i record this call and that i will see them in count i just got a atty to go after them for this and suite has been file i'm going to do my best to stop all of what company are doing to us.

Before you sign anything with any company make sure you have it in black and white and don't let them get you. i will let all know what happen next as i get info back from my atty.
