i had directv for almost 10 yrs,i had a dvr that was constantly malfunctioning,i complained continously for almost 18 months.they kept telling me to reset,that wasn't working.it got so bad the dvr was unwatchable,it wouldn't hold a picture for more than 3 seconds.they refused to help so i disconnected my equipment and i'm a stockholder in the co.
