DirecTv Un-ethical practices to over charge customers when offer to upgrade programming packages keeping your billing the same Nationwide

Back in December I called Directv to verify the programming I had adquiered but after words the sales rep. offered me to upgrade my package from the Ultimate to the premier keeping the same charges for that new programing till August 2016, since I had auto-pay, three months down the road I realized that my charges from Direct Tv had almost doubled up, I called in, they said that all I could do is go back to my original package but that I didn't have to expect back credits for over 200 dollars that I was over charge over four monts. Cancelletion fee is 380 plus other charges because I just got my service activated back in September 2015. Very dishonest practice ,they never try to solve the problem but it was easy for them to transferr me to disconection department as I requested. I was not disrespectful to them neither they were but they just didn't care if you cancel your account, because they know they got you by the tail for those expensive disconection fees.
