Dirtyhippo.com Offered a refund for fraudulent charges made to my cell phone and never followed trhough Milan Internet

I was fraudulently chaged for dowloads and ringtones from dirtyhippo.com. At first the charges went unnoticed because it was a few dollars added to my phone bill here and there. After a few months the charges skyrocketted to $20 charges. I contacted the company who at first offered me a refund of half the charges.

I refuted the charges due to the fact that I never used any of the things I supposedly downloaded. And despite the charges taking place over the course of several months, the charges went unnoticed until they became outragous because, I never recieve a text or an email or any sort of invoice to confirm that these charges were occuring. I was also away at school and sent the money home to pay the bill, and since in never signed up to recieve services from dirtyhippo.com nor was I contacted about recieving thier services, I assumed all was in order.

On August 30, I was informed that I would recieve a refund within 4-6 weeks. After waiting that time, the refund still had not arrived. I contacted the company who informed me that a third party who hanldles the refund process had made an error. I was assured I would recieve a refund which has still not arrived.

After several emails inquiring about the status of my refund, and informing the company about the course of action tat will be taken against them, I have yet to recieve a response or a refund.
