I ordered an M-Audio keyboard from Disco Più at http://www.discopiu.com/ in May. It was unable to be delivered for some reason and shows as being returned to the sender's address. That was over half a year ago. These people will not process my refund and have basically stolen $325 from me. I really do not know what to do at this point other than file my complaint online and do everything I can to let other people know about the dangers of ordering online from this place.
I have tried to contact them on over 10 different occasions and they will not respond with any informaiton or even a date of when they will process my refund. I guess this gives me no choice but to launch my own campaign against them because these people are thieves and they think they can get away with stealing from me.
I WILL NOT tolerate this and I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK!!!! Even if it takes my time every day going online then so be it. You will not walk away with my money like this.... It will not happen.
