They seem to have also set up shop under a new name: The Blind & Shutter Pros -- their ad looked very similiar to DBSF, so I called the number (866) 396-7175 and asked for Mr.Montoya - to which the reply was, "He's not available". So looks like they're back in business.

Here's my question--I've contact my credit card company, Better Business Bureau, etc and no one seems to be following any disciplinary actions-mostly because they can't be found.

I left my name with their Bankruptcy attorney but if Mr.Montoya doesn't ever file for bankruptcy (as he hasn't yet) -- then what? Or is this the limbo that Mr.Montoya hopes to again fall under; where it's under no one's juristiction and the entire process repeats itself under new company names or until his soul burns in hell - whichever comes first.
