I'm not a guy that complains or really believes in the rip off report! feel for the first timeI need to reach out to fellow business owners and warn them on doing business with Discont copier! Ralph is a Decent guy, but Theresa and billing is a different story!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!!
This compnaies offers copiers on a rent to own contract, but they do not honor the contract. Theresa is in charge of billing, she does keep correct books or provide and customer service. She charges you whenever it is convient for her, if the charge does not go through,she will send a nasty email then sends Raplh up to pick up the machine, you lose all the money and the machine
Their scam is to sign you up for there service, provide the machine for a few months, then show up, say you do not pay and take the macine back! and keep all the payments. I have receipts proving payment as well, Raplh the owner will not look at them, Takes Theresa's word on everything. She still sys I owe on my first copier, from 4 years ago. When I can provide all receipts showing it was paid for. This is the second time we have done business with them, Same issue has came up twice!
If you do, be prepared to be charged whenever Thresea feels like its a good time to do her job. She is just a nasty lying beast!!!

Unfortunately, this customer does not want to take responsibiltiy for his lack of payment on his account. He still owes us hundred's of dollars for service that was supplied to him. He was offered numerous opportunities to catch up on his account and make payment arrangements, but he just doesn't have the funds. He lies and tries to bully you by calling names and making threats, and blaming. NO company or person deserves being treated the way Aaron treats you and that treatment along with his lack of payments are inevitably what led to the copier being repoed. We work with many of our customers going through financial issues to make payment arrangements and fortunately for us this is the only the 2nd time we have had to repo. Any of our customers would be happy to leave honest reviews, instead of the false and negative information Aaron has left. Aaron owes a lot of people money and there is just too much that could be said about the things this customer has said and done. Simply look up K Street Advertising on Rip off Reports or the internet to see the type of person that left his review. Hopefully he can turn his life around. We wish him the best.
