My experience is nearly identical to that of the prior person. Discount Diva offered a decent price on an item in which I was interested, so I purchased it with a credit card online. I rec'd confirmation by email, but when it didn't show up after a few days, I logged in to check out the order status. I read that it was being prepared for shipping. Every time I checked it was the same story.  Finally, I left an online message asking to cancel the order and a full refund. (My credit card had been charged the same day that I placed the order.) No reply. I left another online message: ship or I'll take the issue up with MasterCard. No reply. I finally tracked down a phone number. Message heard: "We're sorry, our phone system is currently down. Please call back shortly." No order delivery, no replies to my complaints, no live human beings, no phone calls. So I filed a complaint with MasterCard which will investigate and cover the loss if I did indeed get taken. Moral of the story: avoid Discount Diva!
