DISCOUNT GLASSES DONT GO THERE FOR EYE EXAM OR GLASSES ORANGE CITY, Florida

I went there 3 1/2 wks ago for eye exam and pair glasses.  The arse never asked how close do i read a book or on comp. so when my glasses were ready to p/u; when i came home and used them for comp. (which i specifically told this arse in beginning). my eyes were hurting me. stinging. i had to quickly remove them and call this guy back. his response? "oh, i asked u if u could see far away? what u need are 3 bifocal lenses." and he laughed. i assure u i found NO humor in his response. then he starts asking me "optometrist" questions. i responded "why are u asking me that? i am NOT an optometrist, U are." he quickly shut up! i was annoyed and told him. he said he will change my prescription (like a wise crack answer) for comp only but seeing long distance would be blurry. i assured him i can see outside my parlor window from fla. room with NO problems of blurriness. he said, i have nothing to say!!!!  when i walked over to "ron" his secretary? he wise guy asked "do u want a refund?" (i had asked for one last week and was refused).  so i said "Yes" he then wise crackingly says: "oh keith is out today with flu, dont know when he will be back, but when he does come in i will have him refund u."  i was so annoyed with that statement, i just said just make the glasses and call me tomorrow when they are done." and i left.  i came home called an atty friend of mine. i called them back next day to relate to them i should "call them and request my "full refund" back, take out their lenses and put my old ones back in." well when i called today; the woman says "oh i was just ready to call u" when i told her what my atty told me to say she got very nervous and studdard. she says: "oh okay keith is here i will have him write out ur check." i went in hour later as stated; and said, "boy keith really got over the flu fast didnt he?" she said, "yes he is better now." such bullsh*t people that work there. stated the optomertrist couldnt write me my check yesterday cos he is seperate from them. what??? boy, they are dumb, liars and not professional at all. stay away if u dont want hassles or problems.   I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THEM. AND TO THINK, HE DOES SCHOOL KIDS GLASSES??? FROM THE COUNTY. WHAT JOKE THAT IS.  BETCHA THOSE POOR KIDS EYES ARE WORSE OFF THAN B4 SEEING THIS DUMB ARSE.
