There theyreport that the president of DGB, Mike Berman was arrested and charged with 50 felony counts(25 counts of grand theft of personal property and 25 counts of fraud and false claim) with a potential of 27yrs in prison. Naturally he pleaded not guilty. It is not over until it is over. We have to help them build a strong case so he doesn't get away with this. Also, the judges in many of these cases require restitution, as part of their punishment or lieniency.
