On 11-02-2009 I ordered a truck seat from Discount Van Truck. I spoke to Linda when I placed my order, she stated the seat would be as advertised on their web-page.
The advertisement stated the seat included an adjustable lumbar support (my only reason to purchase a new seat), when the seat arrived it "DID NOT" have an adjustable lumbar support as advertised.
When I attempted to contact Discount Van Truck I have been put off several times. When I spoke to an individual I was informed that "NO" the adjustable lumbar was NOT a feature. I then rechecked the web-page and in fact the adjustable lumbar support "IS" indeed a feature.
At $1,079.00 my back is still suffering. Once again I ordered this seat because I need back support!!!
I say FALSE ADVERTISING.
