I ordered a tire and wheel combination from this company and did not hear back from them for a week even after threatening to dispute the charges.  Finally they shipped my tires and wheels (2 weeks after order) which I took to my local shop ...MoreI ordered a 4 tire and wheel combination from this company on line and did not hear back from them for a week.  I then threatened to dispute the charges on my credit card and got an immediate response.  Finally after regular calls to them they shipped my tires and wheels (2 weeks after order) which I took to my local shop for install on my truck that needed a lift kit (DWW instructed me that I would need to do this for the tire and wheel combo to fit my truck). When finished they looked great... except for one wheel which turns out to be BLACK chrome instead of BRIGHT chrome like the other three. I contacted these guys and they said since the combo is now mounted on my vehicle there is nothing they can do. THEY SHIPPED THE WRONG WHEEL and say since it is now mounted it is not their problem?  What the h*** does installing a mounted and balanced tire received from THEM on a vehicle have to do with the d*** color of the wheel?  I am now thinking that the reason they did not ship the wheels is because they did not have all 4. When I kept pressing the issue I am thinking they slipped one black chrome wheel in thinking no one would notice. When viewed in the sunlight the wheel plating difference is obvious.  They said that color "variations" must be reported within 24 hours and that can be found on the website. I cant find it anywhere on the website. Also, this is not a color "variation" the is the WRONG WHEEL plated in a DIFFERENT COLOR! Now, how in the h**** is it my fault that they, who mounted and balanced all 4 wheels, mounted one wheel with the wrong plating?  I sent them pictures which clearly show the difference in all wheels. These guys are not reputable, buyer beware.  The price of one wheel makes it not worth while to pursue legal options which I am sure they bank on, but if we could somehow band together and file a class action lawsuit I would be all for that.  Clean these guys clocks and close the place so they cant continue to rip off trusting patrons.  These guys are thieves plain and simple.

All of this is documented in email correspondance with this company.

I do not live in California, but if I did I would be in these guys faces every d**n day until I got satisfaction.
