I purchased what was advertised as a GPS unit from DiscountsJungle through Amazon. It wasn't even shipped by the time the delivery date came around so I contacted them. Their representative apologized for the delay and promise to ship it via FedEx and send me the shipping information the same day. Two days later I received nothing so I contacted them again. This time I heard from "Sam" who said it has been shipped that day via USPS... What?
The delivery finally arrived at my house very late and it was not a GPS unit at all, but a bluetooth handsfree kit for a car. I contacted DiscountsJungle and left some disappointing feedback on their Amazon seller profile. Then I got a call back from this Sam. He says he'll pay for the return shipping but I have to do something on Amazon first and he'll walk me through it... He walks me through all the necessary steps to remove my feedback from his page. I ask him why I have to remove it, and he tells me I have to remove it in order for him to cover the return shipping. Pretty shady at this point!
Finally I get a return label and I ship the thing back to them. I told Sam a handful of times that I needed a refund via amazon credit or gift card, as I was no longer in possession of the card I used to originally purchase it. This all fell on deaf ears when a week or so later I get an email telling me they refunded the card I no longer have, and furthermore, they've only refunded a partial amount. I contact Sam AGAIN.. He completely avoids my questions as to why they refunded the card when I asked them not to, or why they only refunded a partial amount. He doesn't want to provide answers, or play fair. He has his merchandise back, but I do not have any of my money back at all.
Finally I have contacted Amazon and filed a complaint against their business. Amazon is now investigating and has opened up another claim in order for me to get my money back properly this time.
Do not do business with Discounts Jungle, or with this "Sam" person. They are both untrustworthy and sketchy.

Discounts Jungle on Amazon Rip Offs
AUTHOR: joebush - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Saturday, January 19, 2013
There are hundreds of consumers which have had unethical often illegal actions happen to them by Discounts Jungle and Amazon just in the last two months of 2012. If you take the hour it requires to go through Amazon's reviews for Discounts Jungle you will see the complaints which were not removed.
Amazon Sellers also boast of paying for positive reviews by fictitious customers who are paid to buy something small and then place positive comments, after which they receive a refund for their purchase and a small fee. Although customers have no way to tell credible reviews from planted ones, Amazon does, but does nothing to correct this. This moves the negative feedback from view essentially burying them. So a customer really has to spend time and dig, or look at other websites like this one.
I looked up the email address for Attorney General for the State of Washington and contacted them and recommend anyone having any problem with Amazon or Discounts Jungle, that you do the same.
As only when someone reviews the information in total for Discounts Jungle and how Amazon chooses to allow this to occur, will consumers using Amazon be afforded the same consumer rights protection that they have with any other internet company, or bricks and mortar business.
They only can do this because we are individuals. Together, with help from websites like this one, we can make the internet fair and honest to all consumers. Do a search for other complaint boards regarding Discounts Jungle(Discount Jungle also). You will see. Thanks for taking the time to post and try to help others avoid this trap.
