I signed up for direct payments from my checking account. It was OK for a while, but then they started to take two payments out every month and they were for different amounts, and nobody in the company can tell me where the money went to. They stole over $2,300.00 from me and now I have only got a partial refund and now they want me to pay late fees back to them.
