I signed up with Dish Latino because of the offer at that time. The offer was no contract and 3 months of HBO and 3 free pay-per-view movies. I canceled early because of economic problems and they are now charging me early termination fee when I had no commitment contract. Now they say that I signed a contract, when I did not. I know I signed a the electronic pad, but it was not a contract document. The only document I signed was when the technician came to install the dish. That document just stated that the technician came and installed the dish. Not only that, but they charged my credit card $192 dollars without my approval. This is illegal I did not authorize this charge. I called them to dispute the charge, and they refused to credit my account. I did not authorize any payment, they charged to a credit card they had on file without getting my permission. I was not notified of any charge, and only found out when I looked at my credit card statement.
