Dish Network(Satellite TV) was not able to establish a connection after I signed a contract with them. When I told them I'll just go to a different company, they said they would keep charging me for the two years of service because I signed a contract. If I cancel, they they would charge an extra $300.+ which they did. I have proof on my credit card statement of both.

Legal complaints were filed with the BBB, Federal Trade Comm. and the Consumer Protection Agency. My bank is also submitting a Fraud report to the District Att. Office.

Consumers will not tolerate this type of blantant Fraud and will always fight back.
