Dish Network does NOT have better services than cable companies that they claimed Ripoff Online Internet

In the Dish Network advertisement circular that me and my wife received from my Sunday newspapwer, they touted better services than cable companies. I liked to believe that if Dish Network did actually brought somebody out to our house to install the equipments within a few day after we signed up with them. No, Dish Networks just wasted our valuable times when we waited and waited for a satellite technician that never came. When the technician missed not one but another installation appointment with us in nearly 2 weeks, we had enough with Dish Network. We cancelled the satellite tv service with Dish Network and getting our money back. Comparing Dish Network to Comcast, a cable company, Comcast technicians came and delivered the services as promised. With Dish Networks we got the run-arounds with their phone reps and supervisors, heard excuses that the technician is running late (during first and second appointments) and told us to stay home well into the evening which prevented us from running errands we wanted to do. I only wish Dish Network would adequately compensate us, other than the refund we got, for the time that we lost waiting for the service we never got!
