I was charged $437 recently after disconnecting my service with them for months! They claim they never received the 2 receivers and my LNB i sent back to them, one receiver in August and other with LNB in September since they sent me only one box at a time... My first box was received by them after a month, which is totally insane. They kept charging me for keeping the receivers when I didn't, and each time I would call to dispute the charge. Finally they told me they received it (back in October) and I was credited. This is only for1 box, the second one with LNB they claim they never received, and now, after seeing the charge on my card, I called them back and when rep checked, she said she made an adjustment of $437.27 and that I would get that credited back to me in 3 days. It's been a week and the charge was still active so I call back and this time, she claims they never received ANY equipment from me...

I wouldn't have felt completely ripped off if I kept the damned receivers and the LNB, which i was forced to climb on the roof and take off because they would charge me extra $99 for them to send someone to the house to take it off for me...

Now, I'm trying to dispute the charges with my credit card company but i don't think it's going to go anywhere, I don't have the tracking number, that was months ago, UPS can't help me, Dish Network said I'm never getting that credit back, and I'm totally screwed!!!
