Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Signed up for Dish Network and after 5 days I cancelled. Then they wanted to charge me the full month and $450 for early cancellation even though in California we have buyers remorse. Now I'm fighting with them to have all the charges reversed. That company won't even remove the satellite dish they want me to throw it away. What a waste. I will send back all of the technical equipment as prescribed with the cancellation. But what a waste to take a satellite dish and throw it in a landfill that's what they want me to do. What a jerk off company.

Buyer's Remorse?

Interesting I live in CA and I am unaware of any such Buyer's Remorse Law that would allow you to cancel a contract such as this after 5 days.
There are several situations that would allow a THREE day cancellation. There are also provisions that allow a 30 cancellation but I don't think that they fall under Insurance or a Funeral Home.
There are even cases where you have 30-Days for an Internet or Telephone sale where they don't visit your home, or you don't visit their company, and if the order has not been fullfilled. But by just about every one's definition having the dish installed would meet the fulfillment criteria.
So please if I missed something please feel free to post the SPECIFIC law that gives you the right to cancel the contract in your situation.
